What is document?
Documents are an important part of any business's knowledge base. Chatbots can utilize these documents to gain a better understanding of the business and its operations. When creating a chatbot, you can select which documents the chatbot should use. Different chatbots can be designed to use different documents. This allows for greater flexibility in terms of the types of information that can be accessed by the chatbot. What is active chat?
Chats are considered active if they have messages in them. Chats without any messages are considered inactive and do not count against chat quotas.
